Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the lemoncrow.com website and any LemonCrow subscription you purchase.

The software

The LemonCrow runtime is open-core software. The core engine is licensed under the Functional Source License, Version 1.1, ALv2 Future License (FSL-1.1-ALv2); SDK bindings, host integrations, install scripts, and docs are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your use of the software is governed by the applicable license for each part, including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.

Account activation

Official installs of the LemonCrow CLI require signing in to a free LemonCrow account (lemoncrow login, via browser OAuth) before lemoncrow init will activate the install. This applies to official distribution channels; independently built source installs can run without an account. Remote telemetry is a separate, optional choice — it is off by default and can be turned on or off at any time with lemoncrow telemetry remote on|off; see our Privacy Policy for what each collects.

Subscriptions

• Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any subscription at any time. Pro supports three active devices and periodically refreshes a signed device lease; temporary offline use is covered by a 7-day grace period.
• Enterprise terms are set out in a separate agreement scoped with our team.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our services. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimer & liability

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LemonCrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or software.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
