Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the lemoncrow.comwebsite and any LemonCrow service you purchase from us. The LemonCrow software itself is free and open source — see below.

The software

The LemonCrow runtime is open-source software. All of it — the runtime, the retrieval and token-savings engine, SDK bindings, host integrations, install scripts, and docs — is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. There is no proprietary or compiled-only component. Your use of the software is governed by that license, including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.

Account activation

The CLI does not require an account. lemoncrow initactivates every feature locally, with no sign-in, no licence check, and no usage cap. lemoncrow account login remains available as an optional convenience for linking a hosted account; it grants nothing and can be skipped entirely. Anonymous remote telemetry is separate and on by default — turn it off or back on at any time withlemoncrow telemetry remote off|on; see ourPrivacy Policyfor what each collects.

Subscriptions and paid services

• Subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise) are retired. Nothing on this website sells a plan, and the software enforces none: every feature is free, on any number of devices, with no device lease, no grace period, and no licence check.
• If you still hold a legacy subscription, you can cancel it at any time from the billing portal in your account. For any billing question, contact legal@lemoncrow.com.
• A hosted LemonCrow service is in development and is not sold today. Any hosted or support engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our services. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimer & liability

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LemonCrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or software.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
